Which shipping carriers are used when ordering?
Shipping carriers available depend on the shipping address you enter in your order. Find below a list of carriers for each shipping zone supported by Estado Liquido:
- Portugal (mainland and offshore islands):: CTT or OUR OWN distribution
- Europe and rest of the world: CTT Expresso
How much do shipping costs amount to?
Overall shipping costs for each order are worked out by adding handling costs to carrier costs. A flat rate of €2 is charged for the handling of each bottle. Carrier costs depend on the total weight and shipping address of your individual order. The final shipping cost will be automatically calculated for you when placing an order in the estadoliquido.pt. Please note that free shipping is offered on all orders above €50 in mainland Portugal.
How long do orders take to reach their destination?
An order placed in Estado Liquido usually takes 48 hours to be delivered in mainland Portugal. Please allow up to 3 working days for orders sent to Europe and between 5 to 7 days for orders to the rest of the world.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Our online store supports payments by international bank transfer or credit card (PayPal) or mastercard. In case you come and check out our store, you can pay by cash, credit card or Multibanco ATM card.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices listed include VAT.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Upon delivery, you should carefully examine your item. If you notice that it is not in perfect conditions, please hand it back to the carrier and clearly state the reason for the return.
