Characterized by a citrus color, fruity aroma and taste fine, complex and persistent. After harvesting, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tank and partly in French oak barrels, the temperature controlled. After fermentation, followed by a stage of 10 to 12 months on fine lees with batonage. Finally, the wine benefits from a final stage in bottles for 6 months.
